   • PropertyX is a listing platform only—we do not own, manage, or guarantee properties.

   • All arrangements (viewings, payments, agreements) are directly between users. We recommend verifying details and using safe payment methods.

   • We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions.

3. User Content

   • You grant PropertyX a non-exclusive license to display your listings and photos.

   • You must own rights to any uploaded content.

4. Limitation of Liability

   • The site is provided “as is” without warranties.

   • PropertyX is not liable for indirect damages or user interactions.

5. Changes and Termination

   • We may update these terms or remove content at any time.

   • Violations may result in removal of listings or access restrictions.

6. Governing Law

   • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
